Tim Russert Dead at 58

[SIZE=5]political and media community are stunned that Tim Russert of NBC died suddenly at work today. He had just returned from Italy where he was with his family on vacation celebrating his son Luke's graduation from Boston College. In fact, his wife and son were still in Italy at the time of his death.
Tim Russert was a great man of principles. He was tough on himself in regards to the bias that is so evident in todays medea. So, he grilled his guests on the Meet the Press show that he hosted since 1991.
In listening to the radio hosts, conservative and democrat, respected him and knew him to be a humble, straight shooting guy. He never allowed shouting matches, mentored some of his competitors, and loved politics. He was an extremely hard worker, best selling author on books about his father, and one of letters about father. He loved family.
Upon news of his death, President Bush, nominees Barack Obama and John McCain issued statements of condolences.
Tom Brokaw came out of retirement to break the news. Some think he will be the fill in for this important election cycle.
It is expected that all the news shows will be filled with memorials of his life and legacy.
His shoes will be tough to fill.[SIZE]
